Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at ReStory! We highly appreciate the fact that you liked purchasing our products. However, we understand that sometimes, the product that you purchased may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely situation, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. As with any online shopping experience, there are terms and conditions, which apply to the transactions at ReStory. One should remember that by placing an order or making any purchase at ReStory, you agree to the following terms set below.
Product can only be returned if:
- Product is damaged during transit
- Product you receive is defective (manufacturing mistake)
- Product you receive is not what you ordered
- Returns of products bought at Re-story can be returned within 7 days of delivery (subject to products in original condition, tags and packaging)
Product can not be returned if:
- If you have crossed 7 days return window
- If the product is damaged - not caused during transit (not in it’s original condition, tags and packaging)
- Orders can not be cancelled once they are shipped
When can you get a refund?
ReStory initiates the refund after the returned item has reached us. Therefore, the refund time may vary, depending on the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to our warehouse. Please note, due to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, and for the safety of our customers, employees and courier partners, we have temporarily suspended our reverse pickup operations. Therefore, kindly arrange for the product(s) to be shipped to us at:

For prepaid orders:
The refund will be initiated within 15-20 days of refund approval to the original mode of payment. You will be notified of the same by email.
For cash on delivery orders:
You will receive a store credit in the form of a discount voucher that will be valid for a period of 1 year on future purchases. Please note: The entire value of the discount code must be consumed in one single order, and it cannot be applied across multiple orders.
No refunds will be made if the reason for the product return is not mentioned above.
When can you cancel the order?
- Till your order has been dispatched
- No return or refund will be initiated after the products have been shipped.
- In the case of prepaid orders, we will be refunding you the amount of the order after taking out the transaction fees of 2%.
Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on info@re-story.in from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return. However, the refund initiation would start only after the inspection of the product(s) after its reverse delivery.
